APEC Kolath has not implemented any specific social or environmental policies or management systems. However, Lucky MT are planning to adopt GRI reporting which will demand changes to their operations and processes.   

As the initial step in implementing this Lucky MT are employing a consultant to conduct an initial social and environmental audit of APEC Kolath. The consultant’s brief is to conduct the audit, report the findings and propose improvement actions.   

Some small-scale monitoring such as noise audits is carried out on an ad hoc basis. This generally happens when APEC Kolath are instructed to by the council following complaints from local residents. Emissions monitoring has not been carried out.
