Lalit,
I looked into a new extraction system for the paint booths as you requested. The average cost per paint booth would be approximately $1200 for the technology and fitting and the lead time is around 14 weeks.
As I emphasised previously, fitting an extraction system does not offer a financial benefit as it does not save paint and workers must still wear protective equipment when operating in any of the 3 paint booths. Therefore, there is no payback figure I can provide.
Paint booths do, however, reduce carbon and pollutant emissions to the air but as we do not undertake any emissions monitoring, I am unable to quantify what potential savings in emissions could be.
