Klaus,  

As you know APEC Kolath have sponsored the local cricket team for the last 3 years. It is my son’s school team and for the last 2 years he has been appointed captain. We traditionally pay for their equipment and their kit which costs approximately $2,500 p.a. We encourage the factory supervisors and senior staff to coach the team on a voluntary basis but expect them to provide their own equipment and kit.  

This year the team also need some professional coaching to ensure the captain and some of the senior players can be considered for the Kerala team so we should provision for an additional $2,000.  

Please ensure that there is sufficient provision in the Accounts for this. I estimate the expenditure will be around $4,500.
